ACSS will be having the second quarterly board meeting on April 5-6, 2008, at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno, NV, and the members of Chapter 502 were sent out a letter of invitation by both letter form and e-blast.

We hope to see some new faces at this board meeting

The Association of California State Supervisors has a special invitation for you. 

ACSS is your organization. As you already know, we represent the  supervisors, managers, exempt and confidential employees of the state of California.

On the weekend of April 5-6, beginning on Saturday at 10 a.m., ACSS'  board of directors will hold its meeting at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno,  Nevada. This meeting would be a perfect opportunity for you to reacquaint  with ACSS members and the organization's purposes and goals, take a role  in setting policy for excluded employees - like you - and at the same time  have some fun.

On Saturday morning, Dave Gilb, the director of the Department of  Personnel Administration, is scheduled to make a presentation.
