The SCO will review the draft from DPA, add appropriate documentation and then send it back to DPA for review and changes. DPA will then make their adjustments and format it, then it goes back to the SCO for finalization and then back to DPA for final review and then it's sent out.

This draft pay letter is for Program Assistants (class codes: 8102, 8251, 8266, 8267) and Program Directors (class codes: 8103, 8262, 8268, 8269) who work for the Departments of Developmental Services (DDS), Mental Health (DMH) and Veterans Affairs (VA).

“How long will this take,” you ask? We have asked the same question and hope to get an answer soon — but DPA did say this is a high priority! And yes, it is retroactive to July 1, 2007. Please remember this is just a draft of the pay letter.
