Minimum wage hearing postponed

The minimum wage hearing scheduled for Sacramento Superior Court Nov. 29 has been postponed with no new date set. The hearing is to determine is the controller's computer capability could handle minimum wage payments in the event of a budget impasse. A follow-up article claims the Schwarzenegger administration requested the delay. The new hearing has not been set but dates in March are being considered.
