In an interview with KCRA 3 TV in Sacramento today, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jerry Brown called the furloughs "unfair," adding that state workers should not suffer because the governor and the Legislature cannot pass a budget.

Finally a candidate with a plan and timeline to hold the legislators accountable to get the budget together by the 6/15 deadline. This sounds like a management plan to take necessary steps to meet a dealine....! I guess Arnold with no prior management experience would understand this concept.

Arnold couldn't sell ice-water in hell, at any price. His hubris is the worst we've seen since the Bush-Rumsfeld-Cheney debacle.

Leave it to a coward to penalize people on the lower rungs of income, position and power. If he had any huevos he would have gone after their opposites. The budget would have been on his desk, pronto.
