Appellate court sides with Schwarzenegger

Breaking news: The 1st District Court of Appeal has sided with Gov. Schwarzenegger in ruling that the furloughs will continue during the appeal of the Alameda Superior Court's decision to end furloughs for state workers in some "special fund" departments.
