Could the furloughs end? Here are some (unlikely) scenarios

The State Worker column this morning speculates on ways the governor could retract his plan to extend furloughs for state workers. Some are less fanciful than others.

I hate these furloughs. I am having to file chapter 7 bankrupcy because of this. I have only enough to pay my bills and some for food. It not my fault that the State throws money at stupid programs that help people who dont work or contribute anything to us.
