Re: Finding new ways to cut state budget won't be easy

12 years ago, Prop 187 passed by the will of the people was negated by the courts. Perhaps the same issues (expenditures for social services, health care, and public education and incarceration of and for Illegal residents) still exist? The three BIGGEST budget items just happen to be: Health and Human Service, Education, and Corrections.

I have compassion for humanity, but can't i decide how, where, and to whom I give my gifts?

While State Workers have been cut-back and cut-out, Why not to some of those recieving State Checks and Public Services? Our first priority should be to State Citizens.
