Every three years at Delegate Assembly we elect the board and officers, update our bylaws, set up committees. ACSS' first quarterly meeting of 2009 begins today with committee meetings and continues through Sunday morning. The meeting is in Sacramento at the Radisson Hotel, 500 Leisure Lane (916-920-7362). The agenda features a Blue Shield representative during the Presidents Forum Saturday morning and a panel of speakers on retirement issues Saturday afternoon.
