If you're facing a layoff

Minimize

If you're facing a layoff from your state job, it's important to know what your rights are and what deadlines you face. ACSS has a few resources that may help.

Our booklet "Facing Layoff?" at left will answer many of your questions. Members can get an older printed version free by calling (800) 624-2137.

Your labor rep can also answer questions and help you through this process. You can reach your rep at the same number, (800) 624-2137.

We also offer some financial assistance to help you find another job. That information, too, is at left.

Not a member? Join today -- before you need representation! We can't represent or counsel nonmembers or late-joiners wtih issues that preceded their membership.
