ACSS is a member-run organization. State supervisors, managers, confidentials and exempts from all over California make up our board of directors, chapter officers and delegates.

Delegates elect new board members, vote on resolutions and changes to the ACSS bylaws and approve the budgets.

The ACSS board of directors meets frequently throughout the year and in various locations. Generally, the full board meets four times a year and the executive board – the six officers – meets the other months at the Sacramento office.
